  Polyester, suitable for uses in places with a presence of humidity in the air. In fact, in these conditions, the Paper, which is the Filter Media normally used, due to its own hygrometric nature, becomes unusable only after few working hours.

  The Complete Filters, housing + cartridge, are a fondamental element for the air filtration on Vacuum Pumps. FILTER TECHNICS produces a wide range of Complete Filters whose fittings start from 3/8 inches and arrive up to 6 inches, and which are always compatible and interchangeable with the originals made by and for the most important Vacuum Pumps Manufacturers as:
  Becker, Leybold, Rietschle, Busch, PVR Rotant, DVP, Orion, Mann+Hummel.
  Upon customers requests, FILTER TECHNICS plan and build Complete Filter fit for flow rates up to 5.000m3/h.
  The cartridges inside housings are available with different kinds of Filter Media:
  Paper; Polyester; Inox Steel; Activated Carbon.

  The quality and security level of every Complete Filter is tested before, during and immediately after the production process; each housing is powder painted to grant its external application.

• Bath Oil Filters

  

  Bath Oil Filters are planned to be used in places with an high concentration of very thin or impalpable powders in the air, where the traditional filters would require a too elevate grade of filtration to the prejudice of their working life.
  The Bath Oil Filters manufactured by FILTER TECHNICS meets totally the required high performances and long working life needs. Then, the powder painting technique assures the filters for their external applications.

• Special Complete Filters

  

  FILTER TECHNICS produces Special Complete Filters which are normally used on plants generating big flows; for this reason they have fixing flanges may start from PN16 DN50 to PN16 DN200.
  The flow rates may be reached by the Special Complete Filters that FILTER TECHNICS produces, vary from 900m3/h to 4.850m3/h.
  The possibilities to meets the customers requirements, are various: in-fact along with the dimensions indicated, it's possible to supply Special Complete Filters built on drawing and having interchangeable flanges.

• Oil Filters

  

  FILTER TECHNICS produces Oil Filters which are compatible and interchangeable with the originals made by and for the most important Vacuum Pumps and Compressors Manufacturers.
  They are tested to reach a maximum pressure of 12mbar and can be employed in case of flow rates up to 270m/l. All of them are supplied with By-Pass and anti-emptying membrane.

• Oil Separators

  

  What let appreciate the Oil Separators that FILTER TECHNICS produces, especially for their efficiency and for their working life, both checked through deep tests, is the accuracy and FILTER TECHNICS uses for its own Oil Separators only first class raw materials, which resist to the corrosion, to the high temperatures and to the high pressures.
  A careful welding operation along with the use of bi-component resins, ensure to the Oil Separators very high performances of mechanic resistance.
  The range offered, meets the requirements coming from the market and it's dedicated to the most important Vacuum Pumps marks.

• Gasket Set

  

  As it happened for vanes, also the Gasket Sets were for FILTER TECHNICS an important kind of products to develope and propose along with the air filters and vanes, to grant to offer to the customers a substantial range of spare parts for vacuum pumps.
  These sets are produced using the same materials of the original gaskets, to assure their interchangeability, respecting the principles of quality and duration.
  Viton is the material mainly used to build the Gasket Sets offered by FILTER TECHNICS.

• Silencer

  

  The silencers produced by Filter Technics are built in two versions:
  1 threaded stub pipe and 2 threaded stub pipes (GAS and BSP screw pitches).
  They are the synthesis of complex analysis and numerous tests, from which comes a product superior in every situation when a great soundproofing and robustness are necessary.
  Our silencers are characterized by a low resistance to air flow and effective noise attenuation: they are particularly suitable for installation on blowers and vacuum pumps, both suction and compression.
  The strong body made of steel, makes them solids and absolutely airtight; inside is used a sound-absorbing material made of polyurethane with partially closed cells.
  Filter Technics is able to do special heat treatments, to mount special stub pipes or build silencers according to sizes or specifications required by the customer.
